Quick Easy Recipe YUM in the TUM This recipe couldn't be simpler. Goat Cheese Log. Pick up some Chevre Monchevre Goat Cheese (made in Wisconsin) from Upson's. Roll the Goat Cheese log in toasted Pecans. Plate. Drizzle with Honey. Now how simple is that! Serve with crackers and a glass of crisp White Wine, Pinot Noir, or Sparkling.
